Senior Site Manager - Residential Housebuilding

Hampshire / Surrey Borders
Up to £85,000 + Package
We are working with an established residential developer looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the team on an award-winning residential development in the Hampshire/Surrey borders area.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of site, driving programme, quality, health & safety and subcontractor performance while maintaining the high standards the development is already known for.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong residential housebuilding experience
• Experience managing traditional build developments
• Excellent subcontractor and programme management skills
• Good knowledge of NHBC standards
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• A hands-on, organised approach to site delivery
