Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Milton Keynes
£40,000-£48,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
We're working with a leading residential developer looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their Milton Keynes team.
This could suit someone already working within housebuilding, or an Assistant QS from another construction sector looking to make the move into residential development.
You'll join an established commercial team and gain exposure across the full commercial lifecycle, including procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, valuations and reporting.
What we're looking for:

• Quantity Surveying experience within construction
• Housebuilding experience is desirable but not essential
• Good commercial awareness and communication skills
• Someone looking to develop and progress within residential construction

Package:

• £40,000-£48,000 salary
• £4,500 car allowance
• 10% bonus
• 35-hour working week
• Choice of 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
