Commercial Trainee - Residential Housebuilder
Location:
Essex
Salary: Competitive + Full Degree Sponsorship + Benefits

Are you finishing school or college this year and looking for an alternative to university?

Would you like to earn a salary, gain valuable work experience, and have a degree fully funded by your employer?

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Trainee to join a privately owned residential housebuilder based in Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated school or college leaver with a genuine interest in construction and housebuilding. You will receive structured training, support from experienced professionals and the opportunity to study towards a degree whilst gaining practical experience within a busy commercial team.

The commercial team is responsible for managing costs, budgets and financial performance across housing developments, making it a key part of the business.

What's on offer?

  • Full training and mentorship from industry professionals
  • Degree sponsorship with all tuition fees paid for
  • Earn a salary whilst studying
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Exposure to all aspects of the housebuilding industry
  • Long-term career with an established and successful developer

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is completing A Levels, BTEC or equivalent qualifications
  • Has good communication and organisational skills
  • Is enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn
  • Has a professional approach and strong work ethic
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Has a genuine interest in construction, property or business

No previous experience is required. However, an interest in construction, property development or housebuilding is essential.

If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, and want the opportunity to gain a degree without the debt associated with university, we'd love to hear from you.
