My client is a residential developer who are looking for a Site Manager on a temp to perm basis to run a block of flats under a PM in Bedfordshire.

• There are 100 + units with a planned completion of summer 26.
• The ideal candidate will also have some timber frame experience for future projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First aid certs are ideal
• Start on site in the next few weeks.
• Up to £300 per day CIS, and £70-75k on a permanent basis plus benefits.
