My client is a large, volume housing developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a period of 4 weeks on a scheme in north Northamptonshire.

Details of the role are as follows:

• Experienced ASM required for large residential developer on a scheme in Northamptonshire whilst they wait for a permanent member of staff to join.
• The role will be managing internals and finishings on 10-12 traditional build houses, also H&S and site admin.
• 4 weeks work starting on Tuesday 27th May 2025
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs are expected.
• £230-250 per day, strictly upon experience
