My client is volume residential developer who are looking for a Site Manager for a period of two weeks starting on Monday 12th May, to cover a holiday.

Details of the role are as follows:

• Site Manager required for scheme of 40 Traditional build flats and houses at various stages of build in Westoning, Beds
• Two assistants also on the scheme who will provide support
• Requires someone with extensive housebuilding and subcontractor management experience for a major developer
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
• £300 a day CIS
