*Technical Manager*
A Technical Manager is urgently sought for one of the top bespoke developers in the UK, to be site-based on a West London development and leading a phase of major RC framed, residential scheme.
Our client has been building homes for over 60 years, from detached family homes to luxury city apartments. The scheme will regenerate a major part of London providing almost 4000 new homes by its conclusion.
This role would ideally suit existing Technical Managers coming from other housing developers or Senior Technical Coordinators looking to take the next step. In addition Design Managers or Lead Project Architects whose clients are primarily developers or residential contractors, seeking to move to the client's side with also be considered.
A salary of up to £75-£85K plus package is on offer.
