*Commercial Technical Manager, South London*
A Technical Manager is sought for an award-winning luxury developer in South London to work on the commercial Fit-out element of this iconic development. Our client is regenerating this heavily industrial area into an eye-catching combination of commercial, retail and residential space.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Technical Design and approvals
• Organise consultant Tender Bids for production information
• Lead and chair Design Team meetings
• Programme and manage project work to ensure targets are achieved
• Effectively manage the current RFI system
• Ensure the provision of all plans, specifications and technical information to the Project Team and provide technical support to ensure queries are quickly resolved.

This role will best suit an existing Technical or Design manager with experience in commercial or residential build Fit-out. Ideally the candidate will be qualified to degree level in a construction or design-based subject. Architects and job-running technicians with extensive commercial fit-out experience will also be considered.
