*Technical Coordinator, West London - Temp to perm*
A Technical Coordinator is required to join a thriving region of one the UKs most well-known developers, working on a flagship scheme in West London. Our rapidly expanding client pride themselves on the service they provide their clients earning them an enviable reputation within the industry. This brand new mixed-use project will produce almost 1000 new homes with a focus on quality and sustainability,
Applicants must be technically astute with a good knowledge of UK building regulations, be able to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment. Ideally, candidates will also have a relevant Building Qualification, as well as having worked on the delivery of RC-framed residential schemes.
This role would suit existing Technical or Design Coordinators wanting to work for one of the UKs leading developers. Accomplished Architects, Technologists or Engineers, with significant residential experience on similarly led schemes looking to make the switch will also be considered.

Ideal candidates will be able to start immediately and will be seeking a long-term role with tangible progression opportunities. This position will be a contract role with the intention to become permanent within the first 6 months.

A salary of up to £45-55k plus package depending on experience.
