*Technical Coordinator, Hertfordshire*
A Technical Coordinator is sought to join a high-spec residential developer with an outstanding reputation for their quality product. This role will be based in Buckinghamshire initially with an eventual move to site in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver a complex, mixed-use scheme that will transform the local area upon completion.

The role requires someone with a solid technical background, the ability to work to deadlines by organising their workload efficiently and who can liaise effectively, adapting to each audience to ensure mutual understanding.

This position would suit Assistant Technical Coordinators wanting to take the next step in their career or existing Technical Coordinators working for a developer. Similarly, job running Engineers or Architects working on notable residential schemes would also be considered.

Candidates will ideally be HNC/HND qualified in a construction or design related subject.

A competitive salary of £45k-58k basic plus package is on offer for suitable individuals.
