*Technical Coordinator, East London*
A Technical Coordinator is required to join a thriving region of one the UKs most well-known developers, site-based in East London. Our rapidly expanding client pride themselves on the high quality of service they provide their clients earning them an enviable reputation within the industry. The scheme is located in a prime East London location and uses both traditional and RC-Framed construction.
Applicants must be technically astute with good knowledge of UK building regulations and the ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment. Ideally, candidates will have also have a relevant Building Qualification, as well as having previously worked on both RC-framed and traditional built housing schemes within a reputable developer or contractor.
This role would suit existing Technical or Design Coordinators wanting to work for one of the UKs leading developers. This would also be an opportunity for a jobrunning Architect, Technician or Technologist to make the switch to the client side.

A salary of up to £55k plus package depending on experience and one day per week working from home.
