Site Manager - Brand New 150-Unit Housing Scheme

We're workingwith a leading regional housebuilder who are launching a brand new site in Peterborough - a 150-unit traditional build scheme starting now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations from start to finish
• Manage health & safety and ensure compliance with company and NHBC standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and site logistics
• Ensure timely delivery of build stages to programme
• Maintain high standards of build quality and customer care
• Lead site team meetings and liaise closely with internal departments

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing traditional build residential sites (volume or multi-plot)
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and build regulations
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card preferred), and First Aid
• Leadership qualities with strong communication and organisation skills
• Track record of delivering homes on time, to spec, and safely
