My client is a volume residential developer who are looking for an experienced Site Manager on a freelance basis, in SUFFOLK, starting immediately.

Brief details of the role are as follows:

• You will have extensive traditional build housing experience as a "No1" on a multi unit scheme for a developer
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs are required
• £280 per day CIS available, strictly dependent on experience
• Start latest Monday 17th June 2024 and temp to perm available if of interest
