My client is a privately owned residential developer who are looking for an experienced Site Manager with extensive Cut and Carve refurbishment experience, in Saffron Walden.

Details of the role are as follows:

• The role will be managing the cut and carve refurb of a Victorian (not listed) building into 51 apartments. The scheme also includes a number of new build houses, but this role won't be covering those.
• You must have extensive Cut and Carve refurb experience for either a developer or contractor
• Starts in May - 2 year freelance assignment
• SMSTS, first aid and CSCS expected
• £300-350 per day CIS
