Site Manager in Northamptonshire

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our client, a national developer, who builds across Northamptonshirem and Cambridgeshire.

This particular opportunity will be working on a traditional build project based in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
