We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, privately owned residential developer for an experienced Site Manager to run a traditional build housing project as a No1.

The site will consist of 60 houses and is set to begin build this august and run for two years. Ideally the successful candidate would be available to start in May to get involved with some of the PreConstruction.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in running a scheme as a No1 for a reputable UK housebuilder from ground through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity with a builder who has continued to recruit and build over the uncertainty of the last year. They have a strong pipeline of future work in local areas.
