My client is a well established residential developer looking for an experience "no1" Site Manager on a temp to pern basis on a large scheme in Bedfordshire.
Details of the role are as follows:

• The scheme has over 100 units in build
• They role requires someone with some stability in their work history with at least 3 years as a "no1" Site Manager on a scheme of this size.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are required
• References will be required
• You will need to be serious about taking a permanent job
• £300 a day -immediate start
• taking a permanent job
