One of the nation's most successful house builders is urgently seeking a Senior/Technical Coordinator to join their thriving team in West London on a contract basis. This role will be based on a regeneration scheme set to create nearly 1500 new homes, a public park and retail facilities.
This role would suit existing Senior Technical Coordinators or Technical Coordinators with major scheme experience wanting to work for a leading developer. Jobrunning Architects with delivery experience will also be considered. Successful candidates will be confident across all interior packages including MEP.
