*Senior Technical Manager, North West London*
As a result of their continued successful growth this cutting-edge developer is currently seeking a Senior Technical or Design Manager to join their team based in North West London. This established developer has a reputation for designing and building award winning, sustainable developments.
This role would suit Senior Technical or Design Managers with residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor. However, exceptionally experienced Technical and Design Managers with a proven track record of delivering large schemes, or several schemes simultaneously, will also be considered.
The most suitable applicants will also effectively prioritise work to ensure that delays do not occur at any time during the project, must possess an ability to control, understand and manage external consultants and have experience in the delivery of entire schemes.
Candidates will be confident in coaching and developing others in order to improve performance, build and maintain good relationships and will be an effective communicator, conveying information effectively and adapting to the audience.
