Senior Technical Coordinator, South West London

One of the highest quality national house builders is in search of a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their thriving team in South West London. This brand new scheme will bring almost 500 new homes up to 15 storeys to a prime location.

As the Senior Technical Coordinator you will support the Technical Manager and be responsible for:

• Checking detailed drawings
• Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues
• Delivering technical design approvals
• Working within the established budget
• Presenting at design team meetings

This role would best suit existing Technical coordinators with previous residential or mixed-use experience, however Senior Technicians or job running Architects with major scheme experience will also be considered. Ideally the candidate will have already worked on large scale, RC frame projects for leading developers.
