A top London developer is currently in search of a Senior Technical Coordinator to run a luxurious 100-unit scheme in a large suburban district of West London. Renowned for their high quality and often pioneering schemes this is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-end residential project for one of the most successful and busy regions of this UK development firm.

As the Technical Coordinator, responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all Technical Information
• Checking and Approving Drawings
• Liaising with all Key Stakeholders
• Attending Progress Meetings
• Preparing and Monitoring of Technical Specifications
• Managing External Consultants
• Liaising with other departments

Applicants must have previous experience working on the delivery of RC frame residential projects of a similar scale and possess an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations.

The most suitable individuals will be existing Technical Coordinators working for developers or Design Coordinators working for contractors. Project running architects or technicians who can jobrun schemes autonomously and are aspiring to make the switch will be a great fit for this role.
