Senior Site Manager - Residential Developer

East London | £75,000-£90,000 + Package (DOE)

An established residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on an existing development in East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Site Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career, with genuine scope to progress into a Project Manager role within 6-12 months.

The Development:

• 106 residential units

• Project already well underway, with façade works progressing

• Internal fit-out due to commence towards the end of 2026

• First completions targeted for Q3 2027

• Managing a team of five Site Managers

The Role:

Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of five managers

• Overseeing the façade and internal fit-out stages

• Managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics

• Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety

• Working closely with the wider project team and senior management

• Taking ownership of the project and driving progress through to completion

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential development

• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail

• Experience managing multiple site managers and subcontractors

• Commercially aware, organised and proactive

• A confident leader who takes ownership and leads from the front

• Ambitious and keen to progress into Project Management

Salary: £75,000-£90,000 + package, depending on experience.
