Senior Site Manager - No.2 to Project Manager
Large Traditional Build Residential Scheme - 5-Year Programme

We're partnering with a leading UK residential developer to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a major, multi-phase traditional build housing development in the Marlow area. This is a flagship 5-year project with long-term pipeline, offering exceptional career stability and progression.

As Senior Site Manager, you'll operate as the No.2 to an experienced Project Manager, taking responsibility for driving build quality, programme, health & safety, and day-to-day site operations across a key phase of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with daily site leadership across a high-volume, multi-phase resi scheme
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and logistics to maintain programme and quality standards
  • Ensure all H&S protocols are adhered to and proactively managed
  • Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer care teams
  • Oversee QA processes, snagging, and handovers
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and NHBC

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager or strong Site Manager ready to step up
  • Experience on traditional build housing (developer or main contractor)
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Solid H&S and QA knowledge
  • Able to manage fast-paced, high-quality residential delivery
  • Ambitious, proactive, and confident working as No.2 to a PM
