Senior Project Manager - Healthcare / Life Sciences Fit-Out

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role on a major, technically complex hospital fit-out project in London, due for completion in 2028.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing project delivery through to completion and handover, leading a multidisciplinary team and managing all aspects of construction, design coordination, procurement, programme, commercial performance and quality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale healthcare or life sciences fit-out projects.
• A proven track record of managing complex, technically demanding projects through to completion.
• Strong leadership experience, managing multidisciplinary project and construction teams.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement, design coordination, programme and commercial management.
• The ability to manage specialist subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
• A strong focus on quality, health and safety, commissioning and successful handover.
