Senior Architect, Senior Architectural Technologist x2
Permanent Position. Hybrid role, Cambridgeshire. UK
Our client is a multi-award winning, multi-disciplined practice who have designed and delivered buildings worldwide for many years. Their core skills are in architecture, urban planning, and landscape and they offer an extensive range of engineering, project management, design-build and partnership services.
We're happy to say that they are now looking for a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist with design flair and a proven track record in the delivery of industrial, transportation and residential projects using Revit. This role will be 100% remote initially and progress to a hybrid model as the project progresses. Your responsibilities will include the following :-

• Establishing and integrating technical information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings.
• Preparation of drawings for planning and building control approval, tender and construction purposes.
• Preparing written specifications and contract documentation
• Attending site meetings and taking minutes where appropriate
• Maintaining project QMS records and preparing files for achieve at the end of the project

Qualifications

• More than 8 years post qualified Architectural experience
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, with limited supervision, taking the initiative when required
• Accurate with a strong focus on attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Able to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and business contacts at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A good team player
• Ability to ensure that quality of service and excellence is delivered at all times
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
