*Principal Design Manager, Central London*
An exceptional Healthcare Design Manager is sought to join a well-established international contractor, working on the development of a brand-new wing for an existing specialist Hospital in Central London. Our client has a varied portfolio with large-scale projects across a wide range of sectors providing plenty of opportunity for the successful candidate to further diversify their knowledge and experience.
The Principal Design Manager will oversee the delivery of the project in its entirety, including an 8-storey extension and basement and will be involved in strategic design implementation. With an approximate value of over £180m, this role requires a technically astute individual, accomplished in leading a team, and with a proven track-record of delivering new build healthcare projects through from inception to completion. Confidence working in a client-facing role and knowledge of NEC contracts is essential.
Candidates must be conversant in current building regulations and come from either a Contactor or Developer. A minimum architectural qualification of RIBA/ARB/MCIAT or HND/C in construction is required combined with a stable career history.

A basic salary of circa £95k + plus package is on offer for the right candidate. This has the potential to increase for exceptionally experienced individuals.
