You will be responsible for sourcing land across Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, so suitable candidates must have existing relationships with land owners, land agents and housing associations.

The company have exciting plans to grow and at present 80% of their work is with housing associations so strong relationships in this area is essential.
