We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Maintenance Operative to join our client, a busy residential developer who builds across london, touching into Hertfordshire. This is the perfect role for someone who is experienced enough to work safely on their own, manage their own time and disciplined with a positive attitude. Electrical / plumbing experience would be ideal but not essential.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping the site grounds clean and tidy
- Cutting grass / hedges that over grow onto the public highway
- Ensuring sites are secure by fitting CCTV and burglar alarms (monitoring CCTV once installed)
- Liaising with other departments within the business, e.g. - providing access to sites when necessary
- Head office security cover (Open up the office, turn on lights / equipment, supervise the door in the morning and evening; check all lights turned off, windows closed & equipment (e.g., air conditioning units) turned off, lock up and secure the office
- On call for Head Office - Secom (Burglar Alarm) and ADT (Fire) alarm
