Knightwood Associates are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a reputable national housebuilder based in Berkshire.

The role will be working within a busy and dynamic office, alongisde other Coordinators and reporting into Customer Care Manager/Head of customer care.

You will be responsible for managing all customer-related issues through to resolution, by direct communications with our internal and external Customers. Along with coordinating the administration of the department to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.

Preferrably you would've worked within the new build housing sector previously, however this is not essential.
