Assistant Site Manager - Multi-Phased Residential Project in West London - Established Residential Developer

We're working with a highly regarded UK housebuilder with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential schemes across London and the South East. They're currently looking to appoint a degree qualied Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a large, multi-phased residential development in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a stable and well-structured business, gain experience on a flagship project, and progress their career within an established team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations

  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and trades to ensure programme and quality targets are met

  • Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and compliance across site activities

  • Assist in carrying out quality inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard

  • Contribute to weekly progress meetings and liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments (for a housebuilder or main contractor on residential projects)

  • Good understanding of NHBC standards and build processes

  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

  • Degree qualified
