My client is new build residential developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a project in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.
The role will be supporting the site team with work up until September.

The details are as follows:

• The role can be either managing plots from 1st fix through to handover
• You will have at least two years of experience of managing large new build HOUSING projects.
• Have experience in completing and managing Health & Safety documentation
• CSCS is mandatory, SMSTS and First Aid certs are expected.
• Immediate start, £250-£270 per day CIS or PAYE.
