We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable Housbuilder, on a scheme in West Sussex.

This role will be reporting into a Site Manager on a 307 unit development conistsing of both trraditional build flats as well as Timber Frame houses. So far only 30 units have been built, meaning plenty of opportunity to play a key part in the delivery on this project.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have proven experience in managing timber frame developments, and it is essential that you have had experience in working in this position previously for a recognised UK builder on a volume site.
