My client is a residential developer who are involved in an RC frame development of flats in East London. They are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Site Manager for a period of a month whilst they wait for a manager to become free from another job.

Details of the role are as follows:

• The role requires someone who has extensive experience in managing flats from 1st fix onwards.
• at least 2-3 years experience of working for a residential developer or contractor on a multi unit residential scheme from 1st fix, is essential
• CSCS, First aid and SMSTS are expected
• £250 per day CIS
• Starts week commencing Monday 19th February, any time that week
