My client is a residential developer who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team:

• Site based in Cambridgeshire, the scheme is traditionally built houses and runs until 2025
• The role requires someone who has worked as an ASM on a multi unit new build residential scheme and has experience with NHBC inspections
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are required
• £230-250 a day CIS strictly dependent on experience
• 3 months of work initially, with potential for a permanent role
