Knightwood Associates are recruiting for an Area Build Manager to join our client, a reputable national housebuilder, to look after projects across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Ideally you will be working in the role at present or be an experienced Project Manager looking to take the step into this role.

You would've worked for a UK based residential developer or main contractor for a substantial amount of time, and managed a residential build from ground through to completion.

Salary on offer up to £105k with bonus and £7500 Car Allowance.
