Started in freelance construction recruitment in 2000 with a large national agency having spent two years with a local construction company from college.  Specialises in placing freelance white-collar production, technical and commercial candidates to residential developers and main contractors in London and the Southeast.   Spent two years as a business development manager for two medium sized main contractors which enhanced knowledge of the industry as a whole. Striving to improve the reputation and quality of freelance managers using a stringent vetting and registration process.

John joined Knightwood in 2013 to support the companies growth on the operations side. With a background in IT and Finance and a degree in Electronics, Computing and Business he plays an invaluable role in the leadership team.
Previously he was Head of IT for a number of pan-European businesses such as USA Today International and CPLG (one of the larger global players in the brand licencing business).

Alex has specialised in architectural and design recruitment for the last 16 years and has worked with practices ranging from 2 staff up to 600 both in the UK and internationally. He is also a qualified architectural technician with 9 years industry experience and therefore has a very good first-hand understanding of architecture and his clients' needs.

Amy Rawlings comes from a strong background in sales and customer service and joined Knightwood Associates in Sept 2015. Throughout that time Amy has worked extremely closely with Katrina Hiles to source high calibre production staff for the housing industry.
