We have a unique opportunity to join one of the nation's most successful residential developers on a landmark new scheme in West London. This project is in collaboration with a considerably land-rich company and, subject to its success, may give way to further joint-ventures. Upon completion, this scheme will produce over 650 new homes with Passivhaus standards. Currently the scheme has planning consent for the first phase and outline planning for the remainder consisting of blocks up to 25 storeys.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the Successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Technical design and approvals, must be commercially aware and be able to work to budget. Successful applicants will lead design team meetings as well as ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates will be existing Technical Managers or Senior Technical coordinators looking to take the next step up. Experience delivering RC-framed schemes is essential and an interest in sustainability is desirable.
