Technical Manager, Essex
A sought-after housebuilder is in search of a Technical Manager to join their team in Essex. They are building an enviable reputation as premier developer producing quality and bespoke designs in desirable locations.

Reporting to the Technical Director, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Management of external consultants
• Coordination of design team meetings
• Review of technical drawings
• Attend site visits
• Manage fees
• Prepare monthly reviews
• Liaise with internal departments

This position would suit a Senior Technical/Design Coordinator working for a residential developer and looking to take the next step in their career or an existing Technical or Design Manager leading residential schemes who is seeking a role working on bespoke projects.
