*Technical Coordinator, West London*
This pioneering developer, renowned for their luxury high-rise developments is seeking a Technical Coordinator with a strong Civil Engineering bias to join their team in West London. This project reaches an impressive 30 storeys and upon completion will provide over 800 new homes.

The role will offer candidates the opportunity to be site based, requires candidates to be comfortable working on all stages of development, implementation process, through to successful completion.
Candidates will be involved with warranty and building control regulations, the appointment and management of consultants, providing technical advice and assisting in resolving any Civil Engineering problems at each stage of the process.

Suitable applicants will ideally be Civil engineering biased Technical Coordinators or Civil Engineers from consultants whose clients are developers and have been involved in large new build schemes. Candidates from other disciplines who have experience working on apartments with basements will also be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for civils packages including a complex basement, entering the project at stage 3 with construction expected to start in summer 2024.

Salary of up to £45k-£50k plus package
