*Technical Coordinator, Kent*
Our client, one of the most successful developers in the UK who have built themselves an enviable reputation based on quality, service and trust, is in search of an enthusiastic Technical Coordinator. Office based in Kent, working on traditional build residential projects.

Reporting to the Senior/Technical Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

• To coordinate all technical information on the projects
• Provide back up to the Technical Manager when required
• Checking and approving architect's drawings
• Attending site project meetings
• Assisting site with day-to-day construction problems
• Preparation and monitoring of technical specifications

This role would best suit existing Technical Coordinators working for developers, or Design coordinators working for contractors, who are looking for a new challenge and to progress their career. The applicant must be Technically astute with good knowledge of UK building regulations and the ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment. Architects and Engineers looking to make the switch from practice to working client side will also be considered.

A salary of £45k-£55k depending on experience plus a generous package.
