A leading inner-City residential developer is seeking a Technical Coordinator for a prestigious, mixed-use regeneration scheme in South East London. With a focus on and the use of signature consultants, this scheme upon completion boasts over 4,000 new homes, completely regenerating the local area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a residential developer on RC-frame projects however, those coming from leading consultants whose practices align with residential developers will also be considered.
Candidates will be HNC/HND qualified in a construction or design-based subject, and be driven, excellent communicators who would be capable of liaising effectively with commercial and production teams.

Salary is up to £55k plus a generous package is on offer, depending on experience.
