*Senior Technical Coordinator, North London*
One of the UKs leading residential developers is currently in search of a Senior Technical Coordinator to be site-based on a major regeneration scheme . Upon completion, will create over 1,500 new homes to very high specification close to the centre of London.

As the Senior Technical Coordinator, responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all Technical Information
• Checking and Approving Drawings
• Liaising with all Key Stakeholders
• Attending Progress Meetings
• Preparing and Monitoring of Technical Specifications
• Managing External Consultants
• Liaising with other departments

Applicants must have previous experience working on the delivery of RC frame residential projects of a similar scale and possess an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations.

Suitable applicants will be existing Senior Technical Coordinators working for Developers or Senior Design Coordinators working for Contractors who would like the opportunity to get involved on large scheme.
Candidates will be HNC/HND qualified in a construction or design-based subject and be driven, excellent communicators who would be capable of liaising effectively with commercial and production teams.
This is an opportunity to work for a very illustrious developer on a complex London project where design and quality is at the forefront.
A salary of up to £55-65k plus package is on offer.
