*Senior Technical Coordinator, Kent - Hybrid Working*
Our client, famed for their large regeneration schemes, is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their technical team on an exciting new project in Kent. Recognised for their five-star HBF standards and unique style, they are looking for a dedicated individual to join the team on a regeneration project of great magnitude. This mixed-use project will see the development of almost 3000 new homes and resident facilities. The Senior Technical Coordinator will report to the Technical Manager to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Liaising with appropriate authorities
• Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
• Checking detailed construction drawings
• Identifying and resolving any technical and construction issues that may arise
• Delivering technical design approvals for the projects
• Working within established budgets
• Preparing and presenting the design program at progress meetings
• Carrying out site inspections

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a similar technical or design coordination position in which they have delivered large, residential schemes with a traditional method of construction. Experienced candidates coming from architectural or engineering consultancies will also be considered.

Salary of £50k-£65k plus package depending on experience and flexible working.
