Our client, a privately owned contractor who specialise in social housing new build projects are in the market for an RLO to cover sites in the Hertfordshire and London area.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective communications for customers
• Being the focus point for residents to ask questions and ensuring residents are listened too
• Attending resident's meetings and project meetings
• Working with local residents and local authorities to ensure all communications are dealt with and up to date
• Writing and optimising content for the digital newsletters
• Ensuring consistency in terms of voice, branding and messaging
• Handling media enquiries and create effective news releases to gain positive press coverage
• Developing and delivering well-executed and effective campaigns
• Using project planning techniques to deliver projects and actively manage project budgets
• Supporting, contributing and complying with quality, governance, health and safety and all other procedures as directed by management.
• This role will also involve a lot of community engagement, including presenting in schools, supporting with internships and workshops etc.

Suitable candidates must have previous experience in this role.
