We are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a temp-perm basis.
The role would would be working for a leading residential developer on a 2000 unit project in North West London which is due to complete in September 2028 and is just under half the way through.
You will be responsible for the surveying of a block of 311 units and will be working amongst a team of 7 reporting into a Managing Surveyor.
Potential for Hybrid working.

Looking to pay £350 per day depending on experience.
