We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join our client, a privately owned medium sized developer on a project in Essex.

This is an important project to the business, building incredible high end traditional build units valued between £1.2-3M each. This is above the companies usual spec so they require a very strong lead to run this job, ideally someone who has had some experience in managing high end plots.

Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you must have experience of running a job from ground-completion as a No1.

Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
