Project Manager - Housebuilding - North London

Our client, a reputable housing developer are in the market for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new site in North London consisting of 75 units, in one block up to 9 storeys high.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of the project, direct reports, sub contractors on site.

This role will include but is not limited to the following:

• Adequate, competent supervision of the project
• Control of specific designated sites Management and supervision of programme
• Adherence to Quality Control Management of Staff performance and Appraisal Support and monitor HSE implementation
• Adherence to systems and procedures
• Represent sites in meetings
• Cost control - monitoring and reporting
• Target date and achievements met as agreed
• Inspection reporting
• Contract planning
• Effective management and development of all direct report employees aligned with organisational strategy

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience of management and delivery of schemes/ projects of a similar nature from start to finish
• People management experience
• CSCS card (Black)
• First aid qualified
• SMSTS certificate
• Full UK Driving Licence
