Project Architect, Central London

Our client is a friendly architectural practice with expertise in designing for the healthcare and commercial sectors and they have successfully completed projects both in the UK and abroad. Their projects range from internal remodelling, large scale multi-storey additions through to multi-million pound new builds that are typically from £1m-£25m in value. They maintain close client contact throughout all stages of their projects and they have established long-term relationships with many clients in the South East. Alongside this, their associates, project architects and architectural assistants provide an extensive skill base that delivers high quality design and experienced delivery for a successful completion.

We are very happy to say that they are now looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The Primary requirements:-
Project Architect (8 years +) who has experience running healthcare, laboratory or other complex building projects.
Experience in projects of value 500K to £25 million
Client facing experience.
Accomplished at construction drawings, specifications, coordination and contract administration.
Autocad and Revit Proficient.
ADB NHS room database experience.
