*Pre-construction Technical Manager, Hampshire*
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Pre-construction Technical Manager to join a bespoke residential developer in Hampshire. Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful candidate will oversee pre-development technical information and ensure that all services and agreements are completed on-time and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop, monitor and deliver pre-development programmes
• Identify environmental risks
• Monitor the installation of infrastructure drainage and road construction
• Review acquisition information and input civil engineering aspects to the Technical Director
• Close liaison with the Land Department
• Manage Technical Sign-off of all sectional agreements

Candidates should have proven record of delivering complex construction projects, experience managing stakeholder relationships and strong knowledge of the current building regulations. Strong communication skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
