*Construction Planner, Central London*

My client, a hugely successful Tier 1 Contractor with an enviable reputation within the industry, is looking for an experienced Planner to be based in their central London office, working specifically on residential schemes across London.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Planning, monitoring and controlling construction project programmes
• Integrating planning, programming, sequencing and logistics into the tender process
• Attending weekly /Fortnightly production/ commercial review meetings
• Chair and minute workshops
• Monitoring and reporting progress
• Meeting/ communicating with supply chain specialists to confirm suitable method for scope given project specific restrictions

Whilst applicants may have worked across a variety of sectors, they must possess knowledge and experience working on large, residential schemes throughout the full project lifecycle. Successful candidates will be confident managing multiple project programmes simultaneously and using Asta.

The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver who takes a hands-on approach in remedying potential issues before they arise. Experience working on-site is preferable as this role will include some site-based working.

Offering up to £75k - £85k plus a generous package.
